Can I book Cuto Kids Cafe for a kids' birthday party, work party, fundraiser, or celebration? How much does it cost? 
Yes, all our venues are designed to be hired by individuals, organizations and community groups! Please email each store, and our party planner will help you plan your fun event!

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to lock in the party session. Booking is not secured until the deposit is made.

How long does the kids' birthday party go for?
Due to multiple parties being scheduled on one day, the Table Party & Room Party are strictly limited to 2hrs, and Private Party is limited to 3hrs.

How long can the Corporate Event run for?
Corporate Event provide your exclusive access to our facility for 3 hours or longer, which can be tailored for your actual needs. 

What's included in the party package? Are there any add-ons available to make the party more pleasant?
Party Package can be found on Party page and each store's page. Please notice that Party Package may vary in each store.

What to wear?
Please remember that all adults and children are required to wear socks.

Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, you can! For BYO decorations, a $200 bond will be charged at the beginning of the party and will be refunded when all BYO decorations are removed by the customer/decorator at the end of the party, or our staff will dispose of any decorations remaining after the event and fees will be applied.
BYO decorations must be free standing, non-stick blue tape may be used without leaving any stain behind or damage to any surface, damage fee may be applied.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
BYO is only available for certain party types. Please refer to each store's party package for details. 

Do we need to clean everything after the party or event ends?
No, we will clean up everything for you after party or event, and you just need to enjoy the stress-free time with your guests! But please notice that you are required to remove all your BYO party decorations after the party or event ends.
