When you create an account with Cuto — either on our website or through the MyCuto App (coming soon) — you’ll automatically receive two digital cards:
- Cuto Recharge Card – Load funds and enjoy easy, cash-free payments in store or online.
- Cuto Rewards Card – Earn points every time you play, dine, or shop with us.
These cards are stored securely in your Cuto Wallet, a digital space inside your account where you can view balances, track points, and manage rewards anytime.
You’ll also receive these cards automatically when you make a purchase while logged into your account. No physical cards needed — everything is digital and ready to use!

Our Cuto Recharge Card makes visits even more convenient. Simply load your card with credit and use it for play sessions, café purchases, and more. It’s a quick, cash-free way to enjoy everything Cuto has to offer – perfect for regular visitors who love hassle-free fun.

How It Works
Earn Points
- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent in store or online at Cuto Kids Cafe.
- Points are added automatically to your digital Cuto Rewards Card when you're logged into your account.
Redeem Points
- Every 30 points = $1 credit to spend on any purchase, online or in store.
- Points can only be redeemed in blocks of 30 points at a time (e.g., 30, 60, 90…).
Point Expiry
Cuto Rewards Points currently have no expiry.
Card Type
All Cuto Rewards Cards are digital-only and securely stored in your Cuto Wallet within your Cuto account.
